What is your favorite Non Rolex watch, and why? (pictures required...)

For me it is this nice 1950 Hamilton Tank - my daughters gave it to me. (ages 11 and 14)

Well I would say my Tudor, but that technically IS Rolex...
Tudor.JPG
So my only other non-Rolex is this one, which I absolutely LOVE!
B01.JPG
It looks and feels just as good as a Rolex IMHO.

I have several Zeniths that are my hands-down favorites, but this one is probably the most elegant at the moment.... that could change in short order.

.

My Midas 9631.

I just love how the elegant, (now extinct) almost SS flix O' flex bracelet hugs your wrist and at the same time pulls your hair off.

With it's unbreakable mainspring.......who needs service.

Not only is this rare and highly collectable watch beautiful, (in its own way) it is also the worlds fastest watch as it easely makes 1 hour in just 32 minutes, (world record?).

I dare you to find another one.

I only have Rolexes and G Shocks, so G Shock. I love G Shocks for their durability and reliability -

Probably this one, Omega Seamaster Professional, reference 2255.80. My first mechanical and a terrific watch. It's in for service right now, and I can't wait to get it back:

After that, I think this one. A ton of watch for $130 USD, and a lot of fun to wear. Casio GW-9100 Gulfman, Tough Solar, Atomic Timekeeping:

this one:

- great size and fit for my wrist size, being big @ 41mm but not too over sized
- fantastic lume
- co-axial movement (claimed longer period between service and better time keeping through out the power reserve range)
- great looking and comfortable non-tapering 20mm bracelet with great solid clasp
- nice contempory case shape with thin and slightly contour profile

That is one that I would just love to have. IMO they completely ruined the classic El Primero chronomaster when they blew it up and blinged it out several years ago.

I haven't seen one for sale in quite a while. I prefer it on the black strap with white stitching...great watch!!

If you have more Zenith chronos, I'd love to see a collection shot.

Love that blue dial on the Seamaster! Wish Rolex offered a blue dial on their SS Submariner models.

My fave non-Rolex, is this vintage bumper movement JLC from the 1950s.
Its not a sought after/collector type watch, but I still like how the design looks vintage and yet slightly different from most from that period.
