Questions about a chrono

Im considering selling one of my Rolexes. 1950's stainless Precision with black leather band to leverage funds for some kind Chrono. Looking at Sinn's, classic Omegas, or maybe a Tudor-tiger. What else should I be considering? What do you think of my choices?

Have you thought of Glycine? I have a Combat auto and love it, in fact it gets worn everyday for work.

Those are some nice choices. Are you stuck on th Tudor Tiger?
The Prince Date Chrono and Chronautic Chrono are really nice too.
Sinn's are near and dear to me as well....if you like the German stuff, you might want to have a look at Tutima as well. In my opinon, the Flieger Chrono F2 UTC's are nice, as well as the FX. There all ETA 7750's, so it's a well used movement.

Now again there are virtually hundreds of different brands out there
and its all about what you budget to pay.Now more expensive is not always better, the ones you have chosen are all fine watches

Valjoux 25 jewel automatic chronograph, calibre 7750 price just £395
a bargain and a LTD Edition PRS-12 and no doubt will increase in value like many of Eddie Platts watches have.

This is very nice and well built Zeno Automatic Triple Date Moonphase Chronograph with the Valjoux 7751 same movement as used the the Omega daydate chrono range.£740

Nice one, Vernon! I was actually looking at getting the Chrono Avenger M1, but ended up being sidetracked by this instead:

There are some really nice chronos here, great pictures as well. I will add that I wear an 18k/SS Tiger Tudor I have had for 7 years and it has been great. I wear it with a t-shirt or a tie and it gets more compliments than any other watch I have ever had...def. a keeper. Apologies in advance for the poor pic, I just snapped it and this is my first time I have attempted this so I hope it shows up.
