Went out with the family for some of our famous "HOT CHIPS" and burgers this morning, guys.....here are some pics!!

My Nairika...looking quite satiated with her "hot chips"!!

My daugheter Yasmin with her 2 girls - Nairika and Annika!!

....and yours truly enjoying an orange chocolate chip scoop!!

I'm a little worried about the pic of you with the ice cream. There's something strangly disturbing about it. Looks like a brain in a cone.

In fact its an ORANGE brain..

Its Christmas, I can stay up late. Its not like I get up at a silly time in a morning like some here....

French Fries - Usually square cut. Thick , usually square & served Hot.
Crisp, that is a cold morning. ie "The morning air was crisp"
Pop = Bubble soft drink
Soda - No such thing in Canada

That's it!! They call it the Astina in NZ, but the Jap imported one is the Lantis. I bought it used in '98 with only 5500 km. on the clock. It's now got 83,000+ km,. but all I've spent on it is 2 sets of tyres and a couple of batteries.

It's a 5-speed stick shift, 4 cylinders with Twin Overhead Cam, 1800 cc engine.

Goes well!!

JJ, I have to agree with some of the other posts on this one they are FRENCH FRIES!! BTW nice auto, what's the price of a gallon of gas down under or let me re phrase that, what is the price for a litre of petro over there!

NZ$1.42 per litre = US$1 per litre = US$3.80 per US Gallon (3.78 litre).

Holy SH.........., !!! we are at about 2.28 / gal currently. we were at about 3.11 / gal about 5 months ago. 3.80 a gal. that sucks! but maybe the saleries and cost of living are different over thereand are in perspective to ours as well.

BTW, it getting close to Bluesville isn't it!

Price of gas there is quiet pricey! Price currently in Toronto is 0.86 cents/Litre (regular).

About 3.44 CDN/Gallon using xe.com for conversion, $2.97 USD/Gallon.

Still pricey compared to USA pricing.
