considering the fact I've sold about 2 dozen of them, I'd buy one for the right price in a heartbeat.

Love the case, but the dial just doesn't do it for me.

There are aspects of the detailing that I like, however, compared to "normal" Panerai it just doesn't do it as an overall package for me.

I like the style very much, even the colour combo.

I'd def get one if I one of my cars is a Fezza.

Do you have a Ford watch?

Ford's GT40 trounced the prancing horse no less than four times in the Le Mans 24-hour marathon between 1966 and 1969

This model with no Ferrari fonts... just a jumping pony seems kinda ok only. Not a aspirational, grail or even status watch IMHO.

The models with the Ferrari and font name seem misplaced and not attractive to me at all. I would not own one.

Good looking watch, but I would feel like a "poser" wearing it unless I owned a Ferrarri. That's probably why Ferarrai PAMs have been such slow movers, methinks.

Like the case, but the dial does not live up to the case.

Nice pics... As for the watch I found quite a few discounted Ferrari models sold by ADs. I started chatting with a sales person and it turned out that my suspicions were true: These watches are not hot sellers by any means. You should be able to get at least 30% off MSRP.

I'd buy it if I had the right car to drive with it! Any one of these would be fine.

I would feel like a brand whore buying it.
Dont get me wrong, I love brands like Louis Vuitton, Gucci (Bottega - droool) but a Ferrari Panerai feels odd. I have a friend who has one, the rattaparante one too, which is to die for, lovely dial and lovely movement but...

Go for it. Ferrari & Panerai; you just can't go wrong (unless you wear it while tooling around in a 911 cab!). If you don't jump on it, send it my way! It would compliment my old 355.

I find the polarization regarding Ferrari watches interesting. I have yet to have someone really look at my watch and notice if it was Ferrari Panerai etc. The issue is they made way to many and there were way to many models. They fill a niche market but are solid watches. You need to see them in person to appreciate them. If you have a huge collection which the poster appears to have they are something a little different.

The Ferrari models are better built IMO than most Panerai models. I agree they built wayyyyyy too many models...I think over 40 versions in less than 4 years. They would have been better served to only come out with 2 new pieces a year and slowly grow the brand. I get tired of so many people saying..."I would not buy because I do not have a Ferrari". Why is that so important? That would imply that Panerai collectors should not buy a Slytech model if they did not see a Stallone movie or a PAM 318 (NY Boutique edition) unless they lived in Brooklyn. Do you have to be an Italian Naval Frogman to appreciate the new PAM 341 Egiziano?

I just think most Panerai collectors do not WANT to like the Ferrari models because it is the thing to do...it is a "group mentality" kind of behavior. If you were to see some of the models in person...you would change your mind. I do not think the declining value of the Ferrari models helps new buyers either! :)

Not a fan... the only Ferrari by Panerai model I've seen that I've liked is the California, and for the price I'd much much rather have a 339 or 249.

I do not understand how one could call it a watch brand. The watch is still a Panerai which I consider more of a Ferrari line. I understand if someone doesnt want to advertise or feels uncomfortable wearing one. One difference is some people may buy one or two but not multiples like PAMs. They really do not photograph well but look completely different in person. I really like some of the models and feel they make a nice edition to a collection.

Mine is on the simpler, less colorful face.

On my 243 style strap:

I don't own a Ferrari, and I don't think you need to in order to enjoy this co-branded watch. It may not be traditional Panerai in overall look, but it is in every other way. It is heavy, well-built and running at +2 seconds per WEEK!
