why is ebay allowing ths item to be sold?
this is blantant counterfeiting and fraud being executed right on ebay and nobody is doing a thing to stop them..
the word "Rolex" is visible all over these counterfeits.. I am seeing these fake parts poping up everywhere lately and good and decent people loosing a lot of money because of people like this.. sure this guy says its a reproduction case but do you really think the theif who buys it does?...hell no! we need to all report this scumbag who is selling out and out fake parts to our community! please report! http://cgi.ebay.com/New-Top-Quality-...item4a9e8d311c |

 Let me try my latest invention on this one Steve, I call it the FingLonger and its great for poking this exact sort of thing :-) That case has stampings that Rolex would use deeming it a trademark infringement!  chevrolet_malibu_classic

Steve we are working hard to remove the fake Rolex watches from Ebay, however it is difficult to catch all the crap that is on Ebay.
We even have some resistance from some TRF members which makes it difficult. |

well the way I always saw it was when you feel you are attacking a real problem that is actually affecting innocent people then stick to your convictions regardless of the nay sayers..I guarantee the vast majority of them never stood for a real cause their whole life!
