Caught the Bug got a new addition and its heavy!!!
Hey whats up. Long time lurker. I rarely post but jst got a new pickup.
I use to collect Rolex's then got into Breitlings. I just got bored with what Breitling was doing and decided to get rid of them all and slowly get back into the Rolex hobby. I traded 2 of my Super Avengers + a little cash for this brand new Deep Sea. I must say I am very impressed. As a wearer of HUGE watches the Deep Sea is the perfect size. not to big and not to small. I was really dissapointed when i heard the band was really thin for the watch, after wearing it, it is not bad at all. Pics make it look worse then it is. enough of me blabbing. here are some pics. sorry for the crappy qaulity and bad tags. was in a rush. just got a couple of questions for people who own the watch. 1. did i get everything i was supposed to? 2. is there supposed to be crown etching? 3. is it hard to read the ROLEXROLEX... because of the thickness of the crystal? FYI watch was brand new with stickers and my name on the card, Forgot. The box it comes in is huge and i like the new thick padded clothes they provide. |

Welcome back to the Rolex fold!
Don't know about the padded polish cloth. All my watches are old.

1. It looks like you got all the case candy with your watch. 2. There is a laser etched crown at the 6 o'clock position. It's very hard to see but if you get a flash light and shine it from 12 o'clock down you 6 o'clock, you'll see it. Just look closely. It's there. 3. Yes, the ROLEXROLEX is hard to see because of the thick crystal. In the 6 o'clock position will be your serial number. I see you still have all your protective stickers on. I bet it will take you a few days to find them all...trust me on this. There was one that took me a week before I noticed it. |

I'm not sure, but I don't think Rolex uses blue ink on the case back...
