Most Copied Watch?

With all the recent threads about Fake Rolex Watches and the people who get scammed into buying them it got me wondering....

What do you guys think (or know) is the most copied Model Rolex?
What do you guys think is the least copied Model Rolex?

I will venture a guess and say the Most Copied is the Submariner 16610 and the least copied is the Air King (any model #).

What do you guys think?

I think the most copied are the Sub and DJ, and the Pearlmaster/Cellini are the least copied.

My vote goes to the DJ for most copied.

I really haven't seen a fake 1019 Milgauss so I guess that gets my vote for least.

Copied? Black Sub

Emulated? TT DJ

There's a difference.

In terms of watches with their own brand (i.e. not faking the Rolex name but copying the style) there are a lot of watches out there patterned after the Sub.

Black sub seems to be the most copied to me.

I don't think Rolex or us here on TRF see replicas and fakes and manipulated fakes to be a homage to a watch we really love, and pay a lot of money for!

I think the most counterfeited Rolex of all time is the 18K YG Day-Date with the TT Datejust running second. Back in the late 70s and all through the 80s and into the 90s these things existed by the zillions and most were very poor chinese made copies from what I saw. I believe it's only somewhat recently that counterfeiting the now popular SS sport model watches became a big thing, as they were not really that popular nor 'trendy' back in the day as they are now.

For the least counterfeited, I've never seen a counterfeit SS or SS/18K Oysterquartz model.

Answering the thread,, I've seen a lot of FAKE SS SUB's and I was chocked last week when I saw a DSSD that was perfectly looking in the owner's wrist! Who told me it was only for $ 500 ! I looked in deep at this fake DSSD,, it has the same looking glass with the laser engraved Rolex logo, same bracelet and glide lock, but Green glowing dial.. When I screwed the crown it has the O-ring but when I felt the movement by turning the hands and winding ,,, I threw it away...

I really get stressed when I see a FAKE ROLEX.. And I always tell everybody who wanna buy a FAKE: Get an GENUINE SWATCH better than a FAKE ROLEX coz I believe that [FAKE WATCHES ARE FOR FAKE PEOPLE].
