Hi, Im a complete newbie but after some looking around, I have decided on a GMT-II 116713 ceramic bezel. My questions are

Should I stick with an AD or go with a trusted grey market dealer. Alan Furman is someone who has been recommended.
If an AD is the right choice, are there AD's in the Tampa/Orlando area who are able to discount better?
Finally what should I expect to pay?
