New Pelikan 150
I wanted to post some photos of my new Pelikan M-150 my wife bought me for Christmas after a well placed hint.
![]() ![]() Nice shiny black barrel with gold trim and a transparent green ink window. ![]() The iconic Pelikan bill clip. ![]() The posted length is 5-3/4" (145mm) well balanced and a good fit in your hand. This one has a medium nib and lays down a perfect juicy line even for a lefty. The nib can also be easily screwed out and replaced with any size you like for this model extra nibs are only $15-20. ![]() The M-150 is a piston filler and holds a good charge of ink. This one came from isellpens.com a great friendly transaction. The price of this pen is only about $50 it is an outstanding pen at a very nice price. I would certainly recommend it. ![]()

I am a major Pelikan fan. These are well-made writing instruments which are a joy with which to write. They fit comfortably in the hand and ensure effortless writing.

That is really nice, Phillip! I really like the Pelikan, but what I have (fine nibs) are too "broad" for me. I wonder if I can change to an EF nib in my Demonstrator...
![]() While a bit broad, it is my smoothest writing pen; the nib literally glides across the paper. Congratulations on the gift! ![]()

I looked up the current 205 to verify, however it shows a SS nib, silver tone furniture, etc., so not sure if what I have is the exact model. ![]() In any event, from the Swisher link you sent, it looks promising to be able to go with an EF replacement nib. I will have to call and see which one would be the best fit. If it writes as smooth as the F, I think I might have a tough time using any other pen. ![]() Thanks for the link! ![]()
