16200 SEL's? and a stiff hinge!!

Hi folks,

I "invested" in another Rolex, nice D serial 16200. My wife has an F serial and it clanks a fair bit.

Does the D serial have SELs? It looks like it.

However, the hinge on the clasp is really stiff ( which I have never seen before) which makes me wonder if this is an after market bracelet rather than the original.

Assuming it is original, anyone have ideas on how to losen up the hinge a little? Tried some WD40 and that didn't work. The seller apparently kept the watch on a leather strap the whole time so I guess after 5 years it may have siezed up. I don't see any corrosion.
