Changing dials?

First, I hope this is the right forum for this quick question. Anyway, approx. what does it cost to replace a dial on a datejust? For a new dial (no diamonds) and labor. Thanks.

The cost of the dial and the cost of labor...probably around 200/250.. depends on the dial I suppose..

If it's more than a couple of years old, an RSC will likely charge for a full service, so the price goes up to the dial plus the $550 service charge..

Locally I havent found one for less that $350 and they keep your dial. They go up depending on the new dial you chose.

thanks for the estimates. very helpful.

do you have to show up with the dial you want swapped, or could you specify which one you want and they would then take care of it from their official rolex supplies?

If you are going to a RSC for the dial swap, you will have to buy the dial from them and they will keep your old dial.
