Being messed about by the AD
Hi, I have a PAM 111 put by at my AD, but they have been messing me around to the point that I dont want to do business with them (Dont want to go into to much detail as they may be members), but at the same time dont want to give up the 111, I have been looking on line to seeif there are any others for sale in the UK. Are these as rare as they make out or should I hold fire and use another AD?

Not rare (in the US anyway). Trust your gut or buy used.

The 111 is anything but rare! There is absolutely no reason in the world to buy from a dealer that doesn't treat you like a king. Go somewhere else or be patient. Do yourself a favor!
And don't be frightened to speak your mind about a dealer who does not treat you well. You don't even have to mention their name, just their general area. Others will figure it out quick enough. |

111 are not very rare. They come up quite often at some of the other watch sites in gently used or new condition.

Very true PAM 111's are all over the sg-roc website in Singapore pre-owned and brand new and most guys there are good and negotiate a good price on most of what they sell. Kieth lives there, maybe you could ask him to check out one you are interested in.
As for your AD, screw'em, we all worked hard for our money, why should they be any different. |

Have you tried speaking to the various ADs in London. They're normally pretty knowledgable about availability. Selfridges had a pretty good selection when I was there a couple of weeks ago but I can't remamber if there was a 111.
Good luck.
