Another 1501 Question
I have two similar watches here, one from 61 and the other from 63.
Is a price of 2,000 USD too much for either one of these? I don't collect or anything -- I simply have been looking for a nice, older Rolex, for myself, not too flashy yet unique, for some time now, but couldn't decide on the model and look I wanted. I like this model, from this period. I don't mind paying 2k if that's what it's worth, but don't want to get ripped off if that's too much. Thanks for your help. J in Amsterdam |

Also.... there are many of these out there.... if all else is the same, would you recommend one from 68 over the one from 59? What will the difference be? I actually like the aged look.... performance-wise, what will the difference be?
Thanks again! |

It was tacked onto another post and may have not got the attention it deserves..
