GMT IIC Luminova

I'm new here on the forum and have a question regarding my GMT II C's Luminova:

I've had it for roughly 1 year and ever since new, the Luminova doesn't stay glowing as long. It seems to be charged in the daytime and within an hour goes out, so it becomes useless at night in terms of illuminiation...Does everyone else have this experience with their II-C's or is mine defective?

Thanks for the input

I don't know HOW MANY threads I've seen about how the lume on someone's watch doesn't last. Please guys, for all those who think the lume on their new watch isn't good, do this:
Charge your watch before going to bed.
Go to bed.
Sometime in the middle of the night, wake up, keep the lights off, and look at your watch. You will see it glowing away perfectly! I promise you!

X2. But hopefully get a goods night sleep and have no need to check my watch.Luminova has to be fully charged with light natural or artificial before it glows.
