When I purchased my DJII at my local AD, it came with a nice size MEDIUM box for a Rolesor. A couple weeks later, I purchased a GMTIIC, but was disappointed to see the box for the stainless steel was SMALL. I asked the sales rep if I could have a medium size box for the GMTIIC and she gave me one, no problem. I know they also have a large box for the gold. Does anyone else ask for the medium size box when they buy a steel model from there AD? I think I have OCD.

I like the medium box better; but they take a lot of room. You start adding those babies up and...well....you know

I prefer the small box to save space. The new (green plastic) ones you can't take the cushions out and are pretty useless otherwise. The wife's gold DJ came with a large box which has trays for jewellery etc. Cheers,

Hmm. Anyone have pix of small, med, large?

My "youngest" Rolex - a D-Series GMTII came in what I think is a medium box green plastic. My wife's V Series Lady DJ came in a HUGE green plastic box.

No pics Bill but,
The small box,outer is solid and does not flip down!!
The medium box,outer has the flip down front flap!!
The large box,outer has the flip down flap and segmented pockets inside the inner box...Almost 2 inches wider than the medium!!
Hopes that makes sense to you without pics..

I would have thought the smaller box would be more in demand since it takes up less space.

Wow! Thankyou Wolfgang. I guess the reason why I didn't go for the small box, is because I heard that all the documentation does not fit into the lid slot.

Yeah...don't think I'd want the large...

Its just a box no matter what the size, and not the best box on the market.In fact considering the watch inside a very poor green box, but its only packaging its the watch that counts..

The boxes are nice

, but considering my watches usually end up in my display case, the size of the intial the box is a moot point for me. Plus the smaller ones are easier to hide under my shirt
