Help on Miami Beach
Any particular area or things to watch out for in general when buying property in Miami Beach ? Just found out that my wife's aunt went to Florida with a friend and they liked it that much that they now want to buy an apartment there .Their english is as good as my Shaanxi and have via my wife asked if I could help them..?? Like how ? They can buy me a ticket and pay for a week 5 star hotel and I'll check out the water for them .
Why buy now ? The dollar has gone up with 20% in the last couple of months

I have only set foot once in Florida and that was well over 20 years ago . Just been talking with my mother in law and it is her sister and a girlfriend that want to buy a place there and later retire there . They went there ( Miami beach ) for holidays a couple of months back and seemed to have loved it that much .
