Day date 18039 questions

Wits the word on 18039 day dates? Anything to be aware of problems or features (not the tridor models)? Thanks.

Also, are diamond bezels aftermarket by definition?

Its a WG Single quick DD.
Diamond dials and bezels are not all aftermarket some are factory Rolex.
Spend some time doing some research its well worth it.
Here is some reference material a little dated though.
