New watch issues....
I am looking to buy a sub 116613 LN at LHR airport. I Live in Chicago , USA.
If I have issues with the watch such as time keeping, bad lume in places etc. Would I need to go back via the store in London, or a local Ad, or direct to the RSC. Same deal if I bought through TRF recommended sellers. Thanks: |

Hello Neil and welcome to TRF,
As long as the watch is registered and is under the 2 years of warranty Rolex will work on it free of charge. If it's out of warranty and the watch is all original and complete with papers and no issues with the serial RSC will work on it with a fee.

Thanks, but I wanted to know where I should take it back to.
Do I need to go via the original store/ seller, or do I go direct my self to a RSC ? |

Hi Neil,
No you don't need to take back to the place it was purchased. Good luck !
