I took my new LV to the Rolex Service Center @ Av.Paulista in São Paulo/Brazil this morning to solve two QC issues that I notice just a week after the purchase date. The green bezel was misaligned and i had a "second click" on my bracelet clasp.

In less than 5 minutes Mr. Castro, a really friendly watchmaker from Rolex SP, solved all my problems!

Kudos to Rolex São Paulo/Brazil.
