Will a Submariner case back fit the GMT IIc

Been wearing the GMT IIc at work, love it but it slides under my shirt sleeve.
Not a problem with the submariner, so wondered if it may be possible to put a Submariner case back on the 116710 GMT?

Kind Regards
CR

Doubt it. The SubC case cambers out so i would of thought the case back will be machined to compensate for this in some way.

How about moving your shirt cuff button in.
