Anyone Bought a Rolex In Gibraltar?

I am in Costa Del Sol in a couple of weeks time, a few miles from Gib.

Anyone have any experience on Rolex prices compared to the UK?

A few years ago they were exactly the same price as the UK. There is only one AD in Gib and he told that they don't discount the VAT. It might have changed now though.

The Red House is the only AD in Gib, they have most models in stock. You pay the prices in euros less the IVA, (spanish VAT) strange I know as it's a British colony! Now the pound is slightly stronger against the euro prices work out a little cheaper than in the UK. I have bought a few from them, the last one was for the Mrs, a steel DJ that worked out a good £700 cheaper than back in blighty. Speak to Krishan or Willy, both are good blokes. Thanks for the heads up. I am going to be staying around Estapona for a couple of weeks so I hope to get a trip down there. I have bought lower end stuff there before (Technomarine for the Mrs) but not ventured more up market in Gib.

hi i live in gibraltar and if you go mainstreet you can find a shop called JUST DIAMONDS they are now authorised to sell preowned rolex i went last week and bought a ss/gold oyster datejust 1984 with original box and papers at good price and the service was great real helpful REDHOUSE told me they didnt do preowned but it just depend what u want here is there email justdiamonds@essardasgroup.com
