My first Rolex Sub 16610

This is the story of my first Rolex (though it was last year)

My son Jaydon was born last year and prior to his Bday, I decided to buy my first ever Rolex exactly on his bday so that when he turns 18, I will give the watch to him in very good condition as a way to show him my love and happiness that he is born.

So I purchased the watch a week before my wife was due and left the warranty card blank, then when he was delivered, I went back to the AD to pick up the warranty card with the correct birth date on it.

So here it is, my first 16610 and my lovely baby boy

With a generic Nato strap

With the Nato strap from my other Hamilton watch

This Hamilton watch came with 3 very high quality Nato and I think they fit the 16610 perfectly!

Thanks for watching =)

I like how your boy wears the Sub like it's a 10 bucks CASIO model :P
Anyhow, congrats on your purchase. It was a very good idea - are you gonna tell him about it in some years or will it be a surprise for him on his 18th birthday?

Those Hamilton Nato's are gorgeous!
Any idea where to get them without having me order another Hamilton?

Awesome story. Congrats on both the watch and a beautiful baby boy. I am sure the watch will become a family heirloom.
