16610 wears larger, but the 116520 is not a small watch at all

Also, the rotating bezel on the Sub makes a difference.

Definately the Sub and it feels much lighter on the wrist. The Daytona is very well balanced, but heavier than the Sub (solid bracelet and machined clasp, not to mention chronograph head). The Daytona is the most comfortable watch I have ever worn!

Agree with all, the 16610 wears larger than the Daytona.

The Daytona does appear to wear a bit smaller. My Daytona definitely wears smaller than my GMTIIC.

Sub..
I've had both and the Daytona has a more sleek, low profile appearance on the wrist. The Sub sits a liitle higher and wears bigger IMO

I find that the larger the dial to bezel ratio, the larger the watch wears. My IWC MK XVI wears larger than my Rolex Exp. II even though it's 1mm smaller because there's no real bezel, the dial goes all the way to the edge. With the Sub, the bezel is essentially an extension of the dial, as both are black, while the Daytona has the distinctly different colored bezel. Also, the bezel on the Sub sits a bit higher, since it rotates. The recessed bezel is one of my favorite features on my Exp, because the watch wears a tiny bit smaller.
