Rolex Anonymous....

................. I don't know...

I'm thinking of starting a support group... You know, for you guys who seem to be addicted to the brand..

I probably have issues too. I have other watches.. Some of them cost as much or more than a Rolex.. But still, after a few days, I go back.. and I like it.

It feels good, I feel confident, and I feel comfortable with a Rolex strapped on my wrist.. Something about it - power, status, serenity - I can't quite put my finger on it, but I can't keep away..

I haven't figured out any rules or anything yet.. I wouldn't want it to mimic somebody else's addiction regimen.. I mean, it's not like you need a multi step plan of interdiction of some sort..

As a matter of fact, I'm not so sure that this particular addiction is actually something that needs to be stopped cold-turkey or any other way.. or even tapered off from slowly..

There isn't any patch to put on; no messy spoons or needles or anything quite so scary.. It just takes some plastic, a pen, or a handful of Benjamin's... common items that everybody can get their hands on..

Now that I think about it, I'm not so sure that there really is a problem here..

............. so, if I can't even come to terms with that concept, maybe I'm not really ready to start any kind of support group at all. Most of us couldn't afford to be in such a group for very long...

Take a GMT IIc and a YM and go to bed with a hot drink.
If you still feel the same in the morning, take a Daytona, that should do the trick.

I'm sure that the So called meeting will end up being a big GTG with alot of wristshots and even another lucky winner of a Rolex watch

I think the support group idea is great! But I think it'll last 24 hours tops and then we'll be supporting each other to get new additions and we'll have a completely different group hahaha..
