Another thread here said that MB has some new limited edition pens. The website is so useless that after a few attempts I am just going to look at MB pens on the reseller websites.

I agree Leo. I haven't had any real issues with the MB site, but wish that would not try to be so complex and "impressive".

All I want is photographs and pertinent information.

Richard, I do agree with you as they could make their web site more user friendly instead of showing arrogance!!!

Well, I think they should have a side of their site that is less "glamorous", i.e. without all the Flash bloatware, animation, sounds etc etc - just plain old pictures and text.
They should also keep a section for example call it a MB Museum to keep tab on all their discontinued models, including vintage pens. Visconti has done something like that, but Visconti is a young company of only 20 odd years so they'd better have that knowledge. I have always had difficulty in finding/verifying discontinued MB models or rare ones, e.g. all the less than 100 limitation skeleton pens are simply NOT there in MB's site - e.g. the flag series and many others and I have to resort to reseller sites such as Tay's comprehensive pensinasia.com site, to look for and drool on those beauties...

The website always loads so slow that I often click the html non flash version and the webpages always freeze up. The navigation doesn't work right and there is often broken links.

As a complete and utter newbie to the world of pens, I visited the MB website for the first time just a few weeks ago and I must admit I had trouble searching for the type of info I want.

On a Mac the MB website hardly works on Firefox, but it does ok on safari.
