Question on how to put a signiture/picture at the bottom of every post?

Hi Guys,

Ive noticed people have little signitures and pics and watch lists at the bottom of their post, how do you do that?
Also how do I add a photo in my profile so it appears in the left hand column of the posts under your nickname?

Thanks in advance for any answers , much appreciated guys, I love this FORUM !!!!!
