eBay: NDT's "1675PCG GMT" has Tampered Case/Caseback n Ref#/Serial# markings..

Err buddies...this is one of the listings by eBay Seller - ndtrading5562 ...
that features a so called..."Rolex GMT Master ref. 1675 Pointed Crown Guard Gilt"...

http://cgi.ebay.com/Rolex-GMT-Master...item27b632456b

Here's the Seller's listing descriptions:-

Rolex GMT Master ref. 1675
Pointed Crown Guard Gilt Chapter Ring "OCC"

Dial: Original gilt gloss dial features "officially certified chronometer" rather than the normal "superlative officially certified chronometer."
has Retouch

Model Name Rolex GMT Ref.1675 Pointed Crown Guard
Model / Ref #1675

Condition Good

Movement Automatic
Caliber 1560

Case Stainless Steel
Serial No Case 506787
Case Dimensions 40mm Diameter

Crystal Acrylic
Band Leather Strap Rolex Original
Year I. 60

Comments: The "OCC" dial was produced for less than a year in 1960. This was the first GMT dial configuration to follow the 6542.
This dial is almost identical to the 6542, except for the size.

BUT here lies the problems...

1. Dial is REDONE...FAKEEE...
2. Case Ref#/Serial#...n "REGISTERED DESIGN" markings...were tampered/altered.
3. Caseback period production marking...was tampered/altered.

NOTE: Orchi knows for a fact...that this watch...
was purchased about 2 years ago from the Seller's Store...

Only recently the Buyer sought Orchi's inspection of the watch...
n Orchi is in opinions that the watch was plagued with issues...

Sure enough...it was previously rejected by RSC KL...
due to the above mentioned issues...

NOTE: IF one looks closely amongst the "engravings" marks inside the caseback cover...
one would see...MOST of the BULLSH*T "service markings"...
BUT one of them...is 100% SPOT on...to confirm the watch as being rejected by RSC...
(The same RSC marking applies...worldwide)

Watch was subsequently returned to the Seller - an "Uptown Watch Dealer Store"...
located in Ho Chi Minh City...
JUST a couple of weeks ago...

NOW...it has found its way into eBay...

Orchi, in case you didn't know, that seller is "king of the internet" for selling fake Rolex parts.

Err buddy Harry...good eye you got too...

RSC Reference engraving ending with "............XXX" signifies...
that the watch is rejected due to the following possible issues...

1. Watch with unauthorized modification done...
2. Watch with Mismatched S/Nos to Case Ref#...
3. Tampered markings...
4. Watch with Non Original Rolex parts...i.e. FAKEEE parts.

He has been selling nothing but fakes for years and gets away with it. He also claims original on most of his things. How can he still get away with this. I think we need a sticky with the know sellers of constant fakes ,there is at least 5 I can think of. And I am sure they have multiple accounts. A guy not to long ago showed me his collection of vintage he bought on ebay over the last 3 years and all were fake and from guys like this. He was a penny pincher and to save a few 100 lost over 40k as the watches are worthless.

The bottom line is this. If a person is a consistent seller of FAKE parts why would you trust him when he claims this 1 is real ? Buy the seller not the discount.

Orchi,
I love reading your TRF comments and i think this is very valuable information for collectors. Maybe a fun "sticky"-worthy piece of information. Thanks so much! Harry in Montreal

ndtrading5562 is building himself a not so good reputation with already several threads here on watchout......

He also appears to be running a "branch office" for our infamous friend in HK on his own website, selling the same counterfeit dials, cases etc etc.

Don't you love the disclaimer on his website.

"we disclaim any implied warranties of title, merchantabilty, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement"
