Rolex Warranty/Certification Card

Picked up my SS Sub-C today. My first Rolex purchased brand new. Also, have a Green Sub I purchased used. How long does it take to receive warranty/certification card from Rolex?

The card should come with the watch at time of purchase...if buying from an AD.

Your AD has it, not Rolex. Some ADs wait a week or two to mail it out to make sure you aren't returning the watch. If they fill out the warranty card and you return it it can be a big hassle for them to get a new warranty card from Rolex.

Yes, they are an AD, they are one of two AD's in my city. I just double checked with Rolex website to make sure. Yeah, they have a 10 day return policy so that could be the case. But they did tell me the card would be coming directly from Rolex, that it will be mailed to my house. I will be sure to look at return address on package.

The watch is supplied to the AD with a warranty card, box etc etc. Before it is sold, not after. Everwhere in the world give you it at the time of purchase except a few places in the USA. No big deal i just do not like that type of Practice.

im pretty sure it is the case.

the warranty card will be coming from your AD, not Rolex in Switzerland (even though it was originally came from Rolex Switzerland to your AD as a whole package)

You should have received it along with the watch. I'd call them as soon as the store opens!
