GMT2c bracelet adjustment question
Still battling with this GMT2c trying to get it adjusted comfortably...
Which of these will result in a tighter bracelet fit: link in, with clasp micro-adjustment in the tightest setting -or- link removed, with clasp micro-adjustment in the loosest setting. Just trying to confirm before I go make a fool out of myself at our friendly AD. Thanks! |

In general, leaving the link in and relying on the micro-adjustment will provide you with more accessible flexibility, given weather, temperature and possibly weight changes.

Are you referring to the easy link or a regular removable link? Since adjusting the pin inside the clasp is not an easy and quick task, I would adjust the pin so that the watch is snug on cool days and use the easy link on warm days when your wrist swells.

It seems like this new setup with the easy link out is about the same as having the extra link on the bracelet, tightest micro-adjustment setting, with no easy link. I'll try this new setup for awhile. It seems to be working like you recommended...with no easy link the watch is pretty snug. Thanks for your feedback. |
