I think I've seen this before. Whoever is selling this doesn't know what he's talking about. They advertise a Serti dial and a 16618 but clearly neither is the case. The picture is of a new style Submariner. They advertise no tags but you clearly see tags on the picture.

At least reading his description is somewhat entertaining, I particularly like when he states:

"Also, the biggest factor is this-- If it was my goal to defraud you I would not have taken the time or effort to respond or be so helpful."
