Submariner Stops---help
Looking for anyone who can help with this problem. Have a two year old Sub purchased new that started to stop intermittenly when left overnight. Sent it in for service through my AD was returned as repaired after 6-7wks. Another 10mo goes by and stops again. Watch is worn every day 12-14hr put on dresser and found stopped after 5-7hr. This ONLY HAPPENS INTERMITTENLY.
Dealer says Rolex says nothing wrong. Dealer trying to duplicate problem in store but can't. Now this is not my first Rolex, have had seven others over past 25yrs no problems. Would run days when left idle. What to do?????? Am I within my rights in demanding a replacment????? Dealer has been quite nice so far. Any Rolex Techs out there with an idea???? |
