Daytona's on leather straps?

Im waiting for the right moment to pick up my daytona ...probley just before christmas...when the snow is on the ground.....This also gives me some time to sell one more watch to thin out my collection before the Daytona moves in...

I was wondering if any of you Daytona owners, most specifically SS black dials, use Rolex croc straps with the SS versions. I have seen pics of gold with gator straps but no SS, croc combo. could any of you post some pitures to spart my interest????

Are the Rolex straps with deployment available through my AD? if so what will it cost me...?

You can put any strap on a SS Daytona as long as it has 20mm ends. The reason you haven't seen any SS Daytona with the gator straps is probably because they all come from the factory with a SS Oyster bracelet as opposed to the gold Daytona's which come with a gold Oyster bracelet or a factory strap. Keep in mind that on the factory strap models you cannot attach a factory bracelet because of the extra hat ends at the lugs. but you can put on any strap(20mm ends) on a factory gold Daytona that came with the gold Oyster bracelet.
