For those who might not yet know how to report a counterfeit eBay listing...

1) Go to this link:
http://pages.ebay.com/help/policies/...unterfeit.html

2) In the 5th regular text paragraph, click the link that begins with the words "report listings"

3) Paste the item number in the box (and nothing more -- no commentary), and then click the "Send" button

4) In this particular case the item number is ... 180589568718 ... item numbers are found by clicking the "Other Item Info" on the right-side of each auction page

Hope something here proves useful to somebody.

They made it much easier now to report. Just look at the right hand side, under the seller's info for "Report Item".
