After almost a year [for many reasons] I got the call that parts have been replaced and repairs are done.
Looks like I'll have to update my Monday wrist shot. dP

WOO HOO!!!! My 1970 7020/0 Tudor JUMBO Date + Day is back! It was hard finding the necessary parts but friends on The Vintage Rolex forum helped source them.
I've got a period correct folded link Rolex Oyster bracelet but love the jubilee on this DD. I'm stoked, chuffed [to my British mates], thrilled to have this back on my wrist and finally have all the boys together. dP

That is a handsome and hard-to-get watch. A blue 7020 came up for sale on TZ about a year ago. I emailed the seller within a couple of hours but it was already too late.
