The Best Time To Buy Sub C is now...

Hi Guys the Sub C black in UK is £ 4740, but for any of you interested to buy it is the best time.I've been told by my AD that in january the prices will go up twice VAT increase and another price rise from Rolex, so all watches will be more expensive, so better grab one now if you didn't.
Though to tell you this, in case it helps.

Well... There is a talk of another 2.5% VAT increase in Jan (total of 20% by then)

Haven't heard of another price increase on top of that yet... How certain is your AD?

I hope Chris and Mark can confirm that soon

Well my Ad is quite certain, he told me about the last price increase way before it happen but i didn't got enough money for my deposit, i think the VAT will go from 17% -20% and a second prive increase from Rolex.Well i will pay the same price no matter how much prices will go up anyway.

I find that very hard to believe, at least not a global price increase.

could well be true but I would think that discounts will be available on the sub c soon so that would cancel out any raise so maybe no need to rush.

VAT (value added tax) = 20% man that is crazy
We have the same thing called GST (goods and services tax) at 10% and I deplore it

Sorry to hear you guys will have 20% in the U.K.

Have to agree with poor sales reported on some new models Rolex themselves would be crazy to put prices up.But as for the UK vat increase the way its going they will soon be taxing the air we breath.

But do factor the travel associated cost in.... That may not work out ideal (unless you get tax free, then again you should declare it when coming back... So..)

Rumor also of a price increase in Canada (per my AD up there) early in the New Year. No sure of the percentage since they already sell at a premium over the US and the dollars are on par, but who said logic has anything to do with it....ha!

I heard rumour of price increase on top of VAT increase in UK, may be rubbish but wouldn't surprise me with current exchange rates
