6263 18kt. Question

I have seen a 6263 Daytona 18kt. 7mil. serial number.
On the lugs there were only holes for the pins on one side of the lugs? The inside had holes but only one side on the outer side had it.I thought this was strange.
Could this be a fake! Please Advise
