if it's this website http://clockmaker.com.au/ then the prices are way too high. you're better off buying off TRF sellers

so who buys at those prices? surely people get an idea of values/prices as their are heaps of online & bricks & mortar grey dealers world wide.

I didn't have an issue dealing with him and found him quite pleasant, but he has a chequered history on TRF and he's not well thought of by at least one Sydney Rolex AD I've spoken to.
As for his Rolex prices, on the model I was looking at, he was trying to sell a fairly recently released second hand watch for a more than new price, but he's not the only Sydney second hand dealer I've caught doing that. I did notice a while back that he had a Hamilton (not available in Australia) that he'd listed for not only way above US MSRP, but three times the price I bought it for elsewhere. |

I think his prices are high. Even though they whack GST onto you, it's still worth your while to shop overseas from trusted sellers here in TRF.
