You guys are doing an excellent job around here, absolutely not over-zealous and giving us a lot of liberty but you do step in when necessary. I would argue this is one of the most well-moderated watch forums out there.

Ditto. Well said. Compared to a few other watch sites I have been on, this is one where most people treat each other with respect. Add to that the wealth of information and the camaraderie here and we have the formula for success.
