My buddy recently purchased this watch. Does anyone know what the current U.S. List price is on these? I have no idea, but he is afraid that he didn't get a very good deal on it. It is a very smart-looking watch though IMHO.

2010 list price is $4350. You're right it is a very smart looking watch.

If they did someone got a great deal. The Air-King has the same movement, except for the date wheel, as the $10,000 DSSD.

I think the most recent price increase pushed the price to $4550 but I could be wrong on that.

I think your buddy should be pleased with himself--that dial is a modern-day classic. I love the combination of blue and orange.

You're correct - US MSRP is $4,550 on AKs with domed bezel, $5,525 on the one with the WG bezel and $4,600 for the engine turned bezel.
