Tudor Prince Oyster Date Inquiry

While on my lunch break today I stumbled across this Tudor at a vintage watch shop near Wall Street. Since I have no idea what I tried on today I want to know if the TRF family can help me identify what Tudor model this is? Circa? The shop did not have much info for me, however, did indicate that it is genuine. Thanks in advance for your help all.

Hi Sam, very cool watch, congrats!

The big rose on the dial was used from 1947 to 1965. Its shown in the current Tudor catalogue:

No doubt more knowledgeable Tudor folks will be by shortly to flesh out the info for you.

Thanks Al, I am hoping Dan Pierce plus other Tudor legends can chime in, I really like this piece but want to know some of the history before I dive into my first vintage timepiece

All I know is that it has the big rose logo like Al said. Just curious, whats the name of the shop? It's always good to have another place to look around.

Where is it located near Wall St? I worked at 120 Broadway years ago but still go to J&R on Park Row.

Great looking Oysterdate. Really can't add more than what Al did [because he just sent me the Tudor catalogue], sorry. I'd ask the shop to remove the bracelet to get the serial and reference numbers so you can dig a bit deeper.
How much are they asking?

Just reviewed the historic preview in the Tudor catalogue again and they show a Oyster Prince [no date] with the same dial, indies, hands, and big rose logo dating to 1963.
