Hello Venom!
Your pictures are great!
And dial is really amazing!
It is so interesting to find the classic Speedy in so many variants, always classic, always so attractive.
Thanks for sharing!
Enjoy it in good health!!
Best cordial regards, Abel.

absolutely gorgeous watch ..I LOVE it over everything else, or may be comparable to Alaska Project, but whatever, it is only essentially comparable to itself (another speedy) gorgeous version of a classic.

How cool is that!

A watch qualified for space, with a piece of space on the dial!!

thanks for the kind words. and also thanks for
letting me post some in ur thread. still love that brown dial. there's really only 2 more watches on my grail list, but that brown dial might make me have to rethink it.
***just in case, the two are a patek philippe 5146j slate grey and a daydate/daydate 2 yellow gold/platinum.

I totally agree with you. a speedy pro is in it's own class, especially with all the variations. you just can't go wrong with any of them.

they're a limited edition run of 1975 pieces. I was actually going in to get the brown dial speedy and couldn't pass up the price they had on it. plus i've always wanted a meteorite dial, just never thought I would own one for a good price.

What an appropriate material for a Speedy.

Simply curious, how much does the meteorite dial add to the price of the watch?

That looks like a Apollo-Soyuz 35th anniversary watch. Retail on that was 8400 USD.

wow.
I paid around 3,000.00 less. I got it for 5,600+. I really didn't know that he gave me that much of a discount. And yes this is the 35th anniversary Apollo/Soyuz speedy.
I had gone in to get the brown dial speedy and saw the meteorite dial and asked how much it was. I thought hell, it cost around the same as the PO LM, that must be the omega price of their limited editons. Now I feel even better about the purchase.
-=thanks=-

That dial is soooo cool not just for the way it looks, but for what it is (meteorite).

Mega congrats!!!!
