Less focus on work and more focus on the family. I don't work long hours, but it's the stress of the job that affects me. This may involve a job change (already looking and hopefully within the company so I can keep my tenure/seniority, vacation, etc). That's fine with me because I am ready to move on after being in the same job for just over 9 years

Delegate a bit more and take a bit more time for myself. Probably not going to happen but hey...it's the thought that counts.

Very well stated - when all is said and done, it is your family and friends that truly matter ... I think if everyone tried this and if only half succeeded, the world would be a better place

I gave up the smoking last year. Now I have an addiction to speed - not the meth type. I have to get a 911, it is a necessity! Food, bah. Smokes, bah. Speed!

1) Save a quarter (25 cents) everytime I curse. And at the end of each month, donate to charity.

2) Lose the 13 lbs I gained during my honeymoon

3) Get back into Tri shape and complete at least 3 sprint tri's.
