The really funny thing is that I've spent my entire Sunday trying to figure out why my Blackberry won't connect to my router and then after about four hours, I called CS with whom I spent another hour or more and who suggested I do a security wipe to re-install the OS, which did not re-install the OS, but did wipe everything of any use off the phone and still I couldn't get a connection, so I went to the Verizon store, which is only about four blocks away, where I spent at least another hour having them come to the conclusion that my phone needed to be replaced, but not without my having to prove to them that their "fix" was not really a fix, because I'd been through that drill countless times this morning before I called CS.

So, Tuesday, I get a "new" Blackberry, which will probably really only be a refurb, so we'll just have to see how that works.

Fortunately, before I hit the wipe button, I removed my micro SD card, so I wouldn't lose all my music.

Brother, I can't believe I pay for this crap.
