No scratches except for one on the left side of the case and a few on the bezel insert and on scratch on the side of the bezel itself.

Otherwise mint and restored by Omega last summer. Not worn since.

I have the box (the red on the top is very scuffed from a move- inside is perfect) and the warranty card/cert).

I also have the papers from the overhaul that was performed by Omega over the summer.

So, maybe $1200 is a fair price?

BTW, it is full-sized and automatic (keeps great time).

What can I do to assure you? Take a picture of the warranty card?

Submit shots of me wearing it in '97?

It's a '96.

that is a fair price. i see them on here from time to time in the range (usually based on condition) discussed earlier.
