Question to Aussie forum members
A friend from Australia has informed me that there are two Authorised Rolex service Centers in the two South Eastern states of Australia ( one in Melborne and the other in Sidney) and has asked me to enquire which of the two, anyone from Australia has received better service from? He is not very computer literate and has asked me, knowing that I am in good company on this forum. All I know is that these two Australian cities are neigboring capital cities and was myself also wondering why they have two service centers close by and which of the two has a better record with their customers? Any feedback from the guys from Oz would be glady appreciated with many thanks in advance

Hello
I have always used RSC in Melbourne. They seem to be a little cheaper than Sydney, and nice people too. But I'm sure quality control standards are the same at both. John. |
