Red Sub....
...has just sold on ebay for £3200 ($5200)
Admittedly it was the head only and it wasn't in the best shape (I thought it looked awesome) To my untrained eye it looked kosher in terms of it's authenticity, 2 mil serial, 1969 and entirely original apart from a relume on the hour markers. Did anyone else follow this auction? Did someone on here buy it?? |

relumed dial is less £2-3k alone on a watch like that
as thats what it would cost to replace the dial and hands with a perfect one add in a 93150 bracelet art £710 aswell and you are back into the money where you can get a good one without any issues a good perfect one with no issues nice case / dial hands and bracelet is circa £6-7k so isnt really worth the bother with unless you have dial from that era lying around a drawer Al |

Was it this one:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll...m=220741417804 There are more issues with the dial than just a relume...and issues with case... |
