Sent my watch in for maintenance and a repair and couldn't be happier.

First class communication all the way. From initial questions, to how to ship, to an in-depth explanation of maintenance to be done on my Submariner. It was first class all the way.

Watch was returned looking brand new and I couldn't be happier!
