Most AD's will sell at their cost if you are a 2011 Pledge member of TRF.

Depends on where you plan on buying in NY. If you are looking at NYC it is doubtful you will find much of a discount but then again if you go in offering cash and buying two watches you might get them to budge.

I'm not sure whether this applies to the U.S. with RUSA's draconian hold on the market there, but the very last paragraph of the Canadian price list says:
"All prices and models are subject to change or withdrawl without prior notice: in particular, prices of diamond-set models depend on market fluctuations and are approximate. Prices exclude HST/GST & PST. The retail prices are suggestions only, jewellers may sell for less"

That depends on where in Canada you live. My AD is currently offering both black and white dial SS Daytonas at -13% CC, -15% cash. White's in stock, black can be ordered.

go Grey market, same watch, & no kissing the AD's ass or buying 4 watches you didn't want, to get a proper discount... I use Exclusive time in NYC... but there are a few who can be trusted. 5,500$ on a GMTc is what you should expect to pay...

$5500 on a GMTIIC?
Perhaps a used M. Sounds low for new, no? |

For the best deal, shop one of TRF's trusted resellers. Check out the "For Sale" section of the forum and then make a decision. You'll have no regrets!

I will be going tomorrow to some manhattan a.d.'s and will give my offer and I will post tomorrow what they tell me. It will be a cash deal . I would be happy with 10% . Stay tuned.

If you are in NYC take a ride in to Connecticut. Lux, Bond,& Green in West Hartford you should be able to score 10%-15% off a cash deal and save the sales tax for and out of state purchase. Stay away from Stamford, Darien, Fairfield area and the casinos you won't find a discount there. Good luck in your quest.
