Vintage GP Seahawk wont run

I recently picked up a vintage Seahawk (for $4!). However it does not run. It will not wind and I cannot get the second hand to tick at all. I dont have a watchmaker I use, any suggestions as to what can be done?

Just a guess, but I would think an old Sea Hawk would be worth $250 to $500 if it was running. Any watch guy should be able to take a peak and tell you whether or not it's a complete wreck inside. If it's all rusted up, you can pitch it. Is this a manual wind or auto?

It could be that it just needs a bit of lube and adjusting. I would expect the movement to be something most watch tech's can handle. Good luck.
