my best friend lives in singapore, and is coming back to the US soon.. Would it be cheaper buying there? or here?

depends on the following:

a) currency used to pay
b) method used to pay (cash,cc,etc)
c) tax refund
d) AD/gray/used dealer
e) whether you are paying the discounted or a premium

there is no one answer for all here. also depends on timing, etc.

Tax refund would be a good reason to buy in Singapore but only AD's are eligible for tax refund. If you are getting from a grey dealer, please make sure before hand you are able to refund tax.

if this chart is anywhere near accurate, it is MUCH cheaper to buy in the
U.S. For example, a black or white face Milgauss is listed at around $7,000.00 U.S. They go for $5,000.00 all day long in the U.S. and there is one on the forum right now for around $4700.00. Anyone have more information?

What models are you after? If its going to be a popular model like the SS daytona, then i think you will struggle to find a bargain in singapore.
